What is a Hydrographic Survey?
A hydrographic survey, also known as a bathymetric survey, measures the shape and depth of underwater terrain such as reservoirs, lakes, rivers and canals.
Using cutting-edge sonar, robotic and GPS technology, we precisely map the river or seabed profile to millimetre accuracy, regardless of water depth or conditions.
This data allows engineers, developers and authorities to understand waterbody structures, assess flood risk, monitor silt build-up, and plan construction or maintenance with confidence.

At GEOsurveys, we don’t just map what’s beneath the surface. We help you understand, plan and build with confidence.
