What is a Boundary Survey?

A boundary survey establishes the true, legal position of property boundaries, providing clear and defensible evidence of ownership and extent.

 

Unlike the “thick red line” shown on Land Registry plans  (which only indicates a general boundary)  a professional boundary survey determines the precise physical and legal line on the ground.
